Return Policy

If you need to return merchandise purchased from us, the following will apply:

Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and unused, within 30 days of customer’s receipt of purchase.
Special order merchandise and bath and safety equipment may not be returned. Bath and safety items for health reasons, car lift installs and lift chairs are considered special orders along with any product that has any special handling associated with it, i.e moving of a tiller or hand control on a power chair or scooter.
Customer may choose to receive a product exchange or credit by the same means that payment was made.

Returns of defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all factory packed accessories with 10 days. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories or parts.

Prior authorization is required by Mobility Scooters of South Florida, Inc. in order for you to return your product. Please call 1-888-320-4911 so that we may issue you a return authorization number. This number must be on the outside your package.

The customer is responsible for all of the shipping fees, including those to the customer and the returning of product to the location specified. Product must be returned more than 10 days after a return authorization number is issued.

Customer will pay a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned merchandise other than damaged or defective product.
