Shipping Policy

Standard ground shipping is free for all orders that are over $99. Most packages are shipped via a motor freight company or ups/fedex to the contiguous states. We ship small items with USPS. If you would like any items to be expedited, we offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air shipping options. 

Some equipment can be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico for an additional freight charge.

Most orders will be drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturers warehouse to your desired delivery address. Estimated time of delivery is 5 to 10 business days. Customers will be notified of any shipping delays or backorders.

Delivery Services Available

Curbside Delivery (Standard Delivery) is for mobility scooters/power chairs, lifts and lift chairs. The freight company will deliver your order to your shipping address front door. This is the best solution for fast delivery of mobility scooters, wheel chairs and other lighter mobility products or for those who have assistance in unpacking and setting up the product ordered.

Inside Delivery includes delivery inside your first threshold, i.e garage or front door. It is available on most products for an additional charge. Customers are responsible for un-boxing their order. Inside delivery is available on most mobility products.

White Glove Service includes all of the above and unpacking and carton removal of your purchase. This service is provided by the manufacturer to you for an additional charge. The manufacturer will provide you with contact information for a technician to come out to the delivery address once you have received your product so that it can be set up for you. It will include set up of your equipment including installation of batteries, putting together your lift chair or any other product you have purchased.

Most orders shipped with Fedex, or UPS will be left at your door and no signature will be require. Please inspect your order as soon as possible. If there is any freight damage, please call us immediately at (888) 320-4911 and please save all of the packing materials. We will coordinate repair or replacement of your order if necessary.

Orders shipped with motor freight companies require as signature. The local terminal will contact you to set up a delivery appointment to deliver your purchase to you. If there is any damage to the packaging please note the damage on the paper you will be asked to sign. If there is damage to your purchase, please notify us immediately at (888) 320- 4911.

Please Note: Customers will receive less than full credit on any order returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable other than for damaged product due to return shipping charges.

Cancellations have no fee if requested before we issue shipping instructions to our warehouse. In order to cancel your order please call us at (888) 320- 4911 before 5pm on the same day as your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the no cancel fee grace period, we will process your request under our standard return policy.
